Search questions and Optimisation: your two worklists
Where the concrete action points and real customer questions arrive, and what to do with them.

VEO delivers not only figures but concrete work. It arrives on two pages.
Search questions: what people really ask
Search questions is a list of real questions people ask in your category. They come from three sources:
- Google's "People also ask"
- the answers of AI assistants
- Google's AI Overview
It is your worklist. For each question you can:
- Generate content — opens the content generator with the question already filled in. Opening the generator alone does not mark the question as handled.
- Already handled — your manual marker that this question is already answered in existing content. VEO does not create content here and does not check the website.
- Not relevant — removes the question from your worklist as not relevant.
In the handled list, a manual marker is shown as Marked by you as already handled. A question is not yet marked automatically as handled when you generate content for it in VEO; that first requires a reliable link between the search question and the content item that was actually created.
Optimisation: what you can improve
Optimisation is a prioritised list of action points from your latest scan. What pays off most is at the top. Each point has a label:
- AI-executable — Vera does it, you check the result in Review
- Manual — something you do yourself in your CMS or hosting
If you click to have it done, the work goes to the Queue and the result later to Review.
