Vera: your assistant in the portal

What Vera is

Vera is the assistant in your portal. You will find her under Vera in the menu. You can ask her questions in plain language about your own situation, and she looks up the answer in your figures and in our knowledge base.

She is not a stray chat window with generic talk. She looks at your domain, your scores and your positions, and answers the question with those.

What you can ask her

• How am I doing? She fetches the results of your website check, answer quality, AI visibility and speed, with the date they were measured.
• How am I found in Google? She reads your positions, clicks and impressions from Search Console, and names your best-performing pages.
• Does AI mention my brand? She looks at your AI visibility and which competitors are named alongside you.
• What do I still need to write? She counts your content by status and highlights the biggest opportunities.
• Where do I rank for a keyword right now? For one specific keyword she can check Google live to see where you rank and who ranks above you.
• Is the title of this page right? Ask about a page on your own website and Vera reads that page at that moment: the SEO title, the meta description and the headings. Her advice starts from what is already there.

If the answer is not in your data, she searches the knowledge base and points you to the right article.

Why she sometimes asks back

If you have several domains connected, Vera first looks at which website you have selected in the portal and answers for that website. If that is unclear, or your question is about another website, she asks which domain you mean instead of guessing. That is deliberate: a figure about the wrong domain looks fine but is wrong, and that is worse than one extra question.

What she does not do

Vera never changes anything on your website herself and never publishes on her own. She explains, she looks things up and she makes proposals. Carrying them out stays a separate, deliberate step.

She also does not invent figures. If she cannot measure or look something up, she says so, rather than quoting a plausible number. If she does not know the answer, or you would rather speak to a person, the Vera window has a button to bring in a human.

A few limits worth knowing

Looking up a live keyword position costs us money and takes a few seconds, so there is a monthly limit on it. That limit does not apply to ordinary questions about your existing figures: those come from data that has already been measured.

When Vera looks something up, such as a page or a live position, an answer can take up to half a minute. The window shows what she is working on.
