Credits: what they are and what you spend them on
Credits pay for work outside your monthly quota: AI actions above your limit, and jobs we carry out for you.
Open this in the portal →What a credit is
One credit represents five euros of work. You buy credits in bundles and spend them when you need them. They do not expire.
The bundles
| Bundle | Credits | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Small | 10 | € 45 |
| Medium | 25 | € 100 |
| Large | 50 | € 180 |
The 10-pack is the minimum. We do not sell single credits, because transaction fees would take a disproportionate share of them.
Credits are non-refundable, so buy what you need rather than more.
What you spend credits on
AI actions above your monthly quota. While you are within your monthly limit, AI actions cost no credits. Above it, each action costs one credit, and it is only charged once work is genuinely queued, not when you click.
Jobs we carry out. That is the "let us do it" work: human work rather than AI work. See Done for You for what you can order and what it costs.
How your balance works
Every addition and deduction is recorded in an append-only ledger. A number is never simply raised or lowered: every change has a reason and an origin, so your balance can always be traced.
If you have too few credits for a job, the job is not created and nothing is charged. You get a message that your balance is short, along with the smallest bundle that would cover it.
Buying credits
You buy from the Credits page in your portal. It is a one-off payment through Stripe, not a subscription. The balance appears immediately after payment.
